Michael is an investment fund formation attorney at a global law firm. He represents both fund sponsors (GPs) and investors (LPs). 

He lives in North Bend, Washington with his wonderful wife Katia and soon-to-exist son Adrian. 

Personal investments include rental properties, securities, digital assets, and more. 

When he’s not lawyering, Michael enjoys investing (big surprise), traveling, reading, and making disappointing dad jokes.
